1. Who is responsible for your data
The lacifra.co website and the LACIFRA SEO app belong to LACIFRA (Spain). For any questions about your personal data, email katerina@lacifra.co.
2. What data we receive
- The details you type into the website's forms yourself: your name, company, contact details, a link to your business and a description of your request, plus confirmation of your consent.
- Technical data the website needs in order to work, such as your IP address. It is used only to deliver pages and keep spam out.
- Your browser stores the language you choose and a technical setting for the website's chat. The website does not use cookies.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare what you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for free demos, your consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To protect the website from spam (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't send you marketing emails without your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing katerina@lacifra.co.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is processed only by the technical providers the website cannot work without (hosting and website delivery, fonts, email and request handling, including AI services), acting on our instructions. Where a provider is outside the EU, the transfer relies on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
5. The LACIFRA SEO app and Google Search Console
LACIFRA SEO is an internal app that reads Google search statistics for lacifra.co only.
- Access: read-only (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly). The app changes nothing in Search Console and cannot see any other data in the Google account. - Who connects it: only the site owner. Website visitors don't connect anything.
- What data: aggregated statistics for lacifra.co: search queries, pages, impressions, clicks, positions and indexing. Google provides them in aggregate, without saying who searched for what. However, search queries are typed by Google users themselves and may occasionally contain details such as names.
- Why: for an internal report on how the website performs in search.
- Storage and sharing: the data is stored on a secure server. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties, except technical providers that process it on our instructions. We may use AI services to analyse the statistics. We do not use this data to train AI models, nor do we allow those AI services to do so.
- Limited Use: LACIFRA SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Revoking access: at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once you revoke it, the app immediately stops receiving new data. Statistics stored before that are deleted automatically within 7 days, or sooner if you ask at katerina@lacifra.co.
6. How long we keep data
Form data is kept for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, invoices). If you ask, we delete it sooner. Google Search Console statistics: while the connection is active and for no more than 7 days after it is revoked.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, and to object to its processing. Email katerina@lacifra.co and we will reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Changes
If anything changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
